“I want to be there for my partner, but I dont know what to do.“
Loving someone who has experienced sexual trauma can sometimes feel challenging—especially during intimacy. You want to support them, to help them feel safe, but sometimes, you don’t know what to say, what to do, or how to navigate moments of fear, panic, or shutdown.
If you’ve ever felt lost, unsure, or afraid of doing the wrong thing—you are not alone.
This four-week online workshop is designed to give you the understanding, tools, and confidence to show up for your partner with care, clarity, and emotional safety. You’ll learn how to build a relationship where both of you feel more connected, secure, and sexually fulfilled.
What You’ll Learn
💌 Creating emotional safety in your relationship so your partner can relax and lean into trust with you.
💌 How to support your partner when they are triggered—recognizing trauma responses and responding in a way that fosters connection instead of distance.
💌 Understanding the nervous system—fight, flight, freeze, and fawn responses, and how they show up in intimacy.
💌 Developing shared language & tools to deepen communication and intimacy.
💌 Honoring your own sexual and emotional needs—without guilt or resentment.
Most people carry some form of sexual shame, conditioning, or past experiences that impact their ability to fully open up—whether we know it or not.
This workshop will help you create a space of safety, curiosity, and connection, no matter your relationship history.
